This group is a free fitness group. We meet 3 times a week to workout. We go over different things that help with weight loss including nutrition. All fitness levels are welcome. No matter what your goal is...lose weight, gain muscle mass, or just to feel better all around, we have the answer. Come on out and join us for our workouts. I am this areas Team Beachbody coach and want to share these programs with you. I’m asking for 30-45 minutes of all out commitment.
